Replayable Tax Evidence Infrastructure

Replayable evidence for complex tax decisions.

WorldTax helps tax professionals, funds, developers, and regulated entities create deterministic evidence trails for complex tax classification decisions.

Not tax advice. Not black-box AI.
A structured evidence layer that records what facts were considered, which rule version applied, who reviewed the decision, what documents supported it, and how the final position can be independently replayed later.

Modern tax compliance is no longer just about reaching the right answer.

It is about proving how that answer was reached. When rules change, interpretations evolve, or a regulator asks for support months later, firms need more than emails, spreadsheets, and document folders. They need replayable evidence.

Decision Lineage

Capture the facts, rule version, reviewer, supporting materials, timestamp, and final classification pathway.

Audit Replay

Allow an internal reviewer, auditor, or regulator to replay the decision trail and arrive at the same recorded result.

Evidence Packs

Export structured records that support defensible compliance evidence without relying on scattered manual files.

Current focus: property, PIEs, and classification evidence.

Recent consultation activity around New Zealand's Draft QWBA PUB00508 highlights a broader challenge across tax systems: how organisations evidence complex classification decisions involving land development, subdivision, building activity, fund structures, and eligible income treatment.

WorldTax is being designed to support evidence packs for:

  • property-related income classification
  • PIE eligible income evidence
  • land development and subdivision decision trails
  • cross-border tax treatment records
  • reviewer and auditor evidence packs

The principle

WorldTax does not replace professional judgement. It makes professional judgement structured, evidenced, and replayable.

We are not trying to automate tax judgement. We are making tax judgement replayable.

Powered by Aegis Protocol.

WorldTax uses the Aegis Protocol to create deterministic evidence envelopes for tax decisions. Each decision can be recorded with canonical facts, applicable rule version, supporting source documents, reviewer identity, decision timestamp, integrity hash, and an exportable evidence bundle.

1. Capture

Structured facts, evidence references, policy versions, and review actions are recorded at the point of decision.

2. Seal

Each decision event is placed into a deterministic evidence envelope with integrity hashing and replayable state.

3. Replay

A third party can independently verify the exported evidence trail and confirm the recorded decision state.

"Independent replayable verification of execution state."

That is the core principle behind WorldTax and Aegis: not replacing expert judgement, but giving that judgement a deterministic evidence trail.

For tax professionals, funds, developers, and policy teams.

WorldTax is currently preparing focused workflows for complex classification evidence, audit replay, and regulator-ready evidence packs.
